Come to Post Mills for hot air balloons and more Start: Union Village Dam parking, 8AM Current forecast is partly sunny and 55F, clearing and climbing to 70F by noon. We'll start with a loop around Campbell Flats, then a long climb up Academy and Houghton Hill. The short Class 4 section of Turnpike could be soggy. Down and around Lake Fairlee, past the airport, and then up Miller Pond. The Sawnee Bean descent to Poor Farm, and then Buzzell Bridge back to the start. This is a no-drop ride. Pace will be relaxed. I'll ride sweep, so you won't be last. If there's a big difference in speed the fast folks can split off the front and I'll stay back.
