Dam loops Location Union Village Dam Town Union Village Description This was designed as a dubious-weather route with lots of bailout options. It's three short loops that all end at the dam, so if weather rolls in we're never far from the cars. The first is up the 132/Union Village road to Pattrell and Kerwin Hill back to the dam. The next loop is Campbell Flats to Godfrey to Burham, where one can drop down to the dam or turn up Academy. The third loop is Academy to 113 to Buzzell Bridge to the dam.
G4C - Academy - 113 - Rt 5 Location Huntley Meadows, Norwich Town Norwich Summary G4C has a short section of gravel. Academy is a 2.8 mile climb with 554ft of elevation gain. The descent of 113 pays that climb back. Rt5 is a long flat road that follows the river and is ideal for pace lines.
Rt 10 - Latham - Rt 10 Location Garipay Field, Hanover Town Hanover Description Rt 10 from Garipay to Lyme with short detour on Old Lyme Rd. Around the Lyme Green and then East Thetford to the river. Right on Rt 5 to a left turn on Latham. Left on Rt 113. Steep downhill to a right on Rt 5 and an immediate left to cross the river. Climb East Thetford to Lyme. Turn right onto Rt 10 to head back to Garipay.
