Old Lyme - Rennie - Dogford

Description

Notable Segments:

Goose Pond to Hanover Center: A 2.70-mile segment featuring a steady climb with a 443-foot elevation gain at a 3.1% average grade, perfect for building climbing strength.

Dogford Warm-up: A short 0.25-mile ascent gaining 72 feet at a 5.0% average grade, serving as an excellent warm-up for the more challenging segments ahead.

E Wheelock St Chute: A 0.71-mile descent dropping 364 feet at a -9.7% average grade, providing an exciting and swift conclusion to your ride.

Academy/Tucker

Description

The Academy/Tucker cycling route, a 24.5-mile journey with an elevation gain of 2,018 feet.

Route Highlights:

Challenging Climbs: Test your climbing abilities with segments like “Norwich Hills,” a 1.37-mile ascent with a 367-foot elevation gain at a 4.8% average grade, and “Tucker Hill,” a 0.71-mile climb gaining 266 feet at a 7.0% average grade.

Rt 5/Academy/Union Village
