It’s taco Tuesday this week! We will meet at the Quechee visitor center on Route 4. The route takes us through Quechee, over the Quechee-West Hartford Road to 14, and back Old River Rd to the start. Hopefully you can join us after the ride for some Mexican food at Trailbreak, across the road from the visitor’s center.
Mandatory regroup: Route 14, just after the intersection with Quechee-West Hartford Rd.
Carrie will be leading a moderate no-drop group on the same route.
Weather Reminder: The leaders converse at 2 pm and if there is a >50% chance of storms during the ride window, we'll cancel and reschedule the ride for Thursday by 3 pm—keep an eye on the listserve and uvcc.bike site!
UVWCC Ride Policy
It is required to be a UVCC member prior to joining any organized rides. The Upper Valley Women’s Cycling Group is a women’s social group. We’re not a racing group, but we are constrained by daylight, so attendees should be able to complete that week's route in less than 2 hours. Bring a blinkie light and spare tube. If we need to postpone the ride due to last-minute weather, we normally post updates to all communications by 3PM, but no later than 4 PM on Tuesday; our rain date will be Thursday of that week at 5:30 PM.
