One pave section that I know of and lots of forest roads thru Green Mountains.  Rochester, Brandon, Ap and Roxbury full gaps and 1/2 Middlebury.  If you want more there is a ridge line I opted out of at the end.

Description

Both rides start up the Quechee-West Hartford road.  (No grumbling -- a climbing start means a descending finish. :-)  )  Then onto the rollercoaster that is Joe Ranger, Bunker Hill, Old Kings Highway, and Cloudland.  Drop down Barber Hill to the Pomfret road, refuel at the Teago store, and continue down Stage.  Up the long Wild Apple climb to Skyline. Down Skyline and descend the west side of Allen Hill, then Broad Brook to River road to Sharon.   Rt 14 to Quimby to Mitchell Brook, then down Tigertown to Rt 14 and the start.

Hardy - Sunset - Shaker Blvd

Town
Lebanon
Summary

A mix of road and gravel. We leave CCBA on the rail trail and then climb Hardy Hill to Sunset Rock, a gravel descent. A short distance along Rt 4 to Ice House Rd to rejoin the rail trail. We exit the rail trail to cross over Mascoma Lake, preferably using the bridge. Rt 4A takes us to Shaker Blvd, a pleasant winding gravel road along the back of the lake. We rejoin the rail trail for a third time to head back to Riverside where we cross the covered bridge to take Bank St Extension and the rail trail (again!) to return to CCBA.
