This is a climby gravel ride through central VT with two adventure class IV sections. The class IV is challenging but scenic and (famous last words) rideable.
We'll start/finish at the Bridgewater Park parking lot, see the google map link. It's across from Gold Coast Road, right off Route 4.
The route goes through Hale Hollow, the "CCC" climb (2 miles at 10%!), then a flat section of class IV on the Catamount Trail.
We have a stop planned at Singleton's Store at mile 37.
Then we'll roll through Cavendish and Reading before taking on the final class IV section up Long Hill Road and then down, down, down Curtis Hollow. In this section, the actual roads might deviate from the route slightly, so keep your head up and follow your nose.
